Resumo
Notice is given that the Administrator of EPA has forwarded to the Secretary of Agriculture a proposed regulation pursuant to section 25(a)(2)(A) of the Federal Insecticide, Fungicide, and Rodenticide Act (FIFRA). The proposed rule proposes additional precautionary labeling relating to the flammability of total release fogger pesticides.
