Resumo
This document establishes an exemption from the requirement of a tolerance for residues of polyethylene glycol-polyisobutenyl anhydride-tall oil fatty acid copolymer when used as an inert ingredient (surfactant, dispersing agent, suspending agent, or related adjuvant) in pesticide formulations applied to growing crops or to raw agricultural commodities after harvest. This regulation was requested by ICI Americas, Inc.
