Resumo
This action informs the public of the voluntary withdrawal of an application filed for the conveyance of the Federally-owned mineral estate by the surface estate owner and terminates the segregative effect as to the mineral interests from appropriation under the public land laws including the mining laws. The application was published in the Federal Register on February 25, 1994 (59 FR 9237).
