The Department of Transportation is directing all interested persons to show cause why it should not issue an order (1) finding Trans Continental Airlines, Inc., fit, willing, and able, and award it a certificate of public convenience and necessity to engage in interstate and overseas scheduled air transportation of property and mail, subject to conditions, and (2) canceling the certificate authority currently held by TCA, Inc.
