The DOE announces that it plans to award a renewal grant to South Carolina Department of Health and Environmental Control (SCDHEC), 2600 Bull Street, Columbia, SC 29201. The grant, ``Oversight and Implementation of the Federal Facility Agreement (FFA),'' will be renewed for a five-year period at a projected funding level of $9,097,668. Funds of $1,390,911 are available for the first budget period, and subject to the availability of funds, the reminder will be awarded thereafter.
