Morgantown Energy Technology Center; Financial Assistance Award to the All-Russia Thermal Engineering Institute (Grant)

Resumo

Based upon a determination made pursuant to 10 CFR 600.14, the DOE, Morgantown Energy Technology Center (METC), gives notice of its plans to award a six-month Grant to the All-Russia Thermal Engineering Institute, Moscow, Russia, in the total estimated amount of $94,800, to be cost-shared by the DOE in the amount of $50,000. Award will not be made for at least 14 days after publication of this notice in order to allow time for public comment.
