Resumo
The Federal Acquisition Streamlining Act of 1994 amends the Contract Work Hours and Safety Standards Act (CWHSSA) and the Walsh- Healey Public Contracts Act (PCA). This document proposes to conform applicable regulations to the statutory amendments that raise the coverage threshold of CWHSSA and, among other things, eliminate the eligibility requirements of the PCA.
