In settlement of alleged violations of federal law prohibiting unfair acts and practices and unfair methods of competition, this consent order prohibits, among other things, the corporation and its president from making false and unsubstantiated claims that their body wrap causes weight-loss; eliminates cellulite; and is completely safe for all users. In addition, it requires that prominent safety warnings be given to customers.
