Rules of General Application; Investigations of Whether Injury to Domestic Industries Results From Imports Sold at Less Than Fair Value or From Subsidized Exports to the United States

The Commission is amending the rules to address concerns which have arisen relating to Commission practice. The amendments provide, in particular, for changes relating to sanctions and other actions in response to administrative protective order (APO) breaches, the procedures for conducting APO breach investigations, the filing of prehearing briefs, closed sessions of Commission hearings in title VII and other investigations, and the procedures for considering requests for exemption from disclosure under APO of business proprietary information in title VII investigations.
