The National Park Service proposes to withdraw 3.25 acres of public land to protect the fragile, unique, and endangered resources at Cape Johnson in Clallam County, Washington. Notice of the proposed withdrawal has been published which closed the land for up to 2 years from surface entry, mining, and mineral leasing. This notice provides a public comment period and the opportunity for a public meeting.
