Importation of Fetal Bovine Serum

Resumo

We are extending the comment period for our proposed rule that would remove the prohibition on the importation into the United States of fetal bovine serum from countries in which foot-and-mouth disease or rinderpest exists, and would establish conditions under which fetal bovine serum from those countries can be imported without presenting a significant risk of introducing disease into this country. This extension will provide interested persons with additional time to prepare comments on the proposed rule.
