Modification and Announcement of Sugar Tariff-Rate Quota Periods and Amounts

This notice changes the current tariff-rate quota period for imports of sugars, syrups, and molasses described in additional U.S. note 3 to chapter 17 of the Harmonized Tariff Schedule of the United States (HTS), from the period October 1, 1992 through September 30, 1994 to the period October 1, 1992 through July 31, 1994, and announces a new quota period from August 1, 1994 through September 30, 1995 and a total quota amount of 1,322,978 metric tons, raw value.
