In settlement of alleged violations of federal law prohibiting unfair acts and practices and unfair methods of competition, this consent agreement, accepted subject to final Commission approval, would require, among other things, a Wisconsin-based manufacturer of underwear, hosiery, and sportswear to disclose the country where its clothing is made and to use the correct generic fiber name for clothing in advertisements contained in its mail order catalogs.
