In settlement of alleged violations of federal law prohibiting unfair acts and practices and unfair methods of competition, this consent agreement, accepted subject to final Commission approval, would prohibit, among other things, a New York wholesaler of gloves, and its owner, from mislabeling the country of origin of any of their products, and from violating any provision of the Wool Products Labeling Act, and would require them to pay $7,500 in disgorgement.
