Resumo
In response to requests from interested parties, the Department of Commerce ("the Department") is conducting an administrative review of the antidumping duty order on frontseating service valves ("FSVs") from the People's Republic of China ("PRC"), covering the period April 1, 2010 through March 31, 2011. We have preliminarily determined that neither respondent in this administrative review, Zhejiang DunAn Hetian Metal Co., Ltd. ("DunAn") or Zhejiang Sanhua Co., Ltd. ("Sanhua") made sales in the United States at prices below normal value ("NV") during the period of review ("POR"). We invite interested parties to comment on these preliminary results. Parties who submit comments are requested to submit with each argument a summary of the argument. We intend to issue the final results no later than 120 days from the date of publication of this notice, pursuant to section 751(a)(3)(A) of the Tariff Act of 1930, as amended ("the Act").
