Stainless Steel Sheet and Strip in Coils from Japan: Final Results of Antidumping Duty Administrative Review

Streszczenie
On August 7, 2009, the Department of Commerce (the Department) published the preliminary results of the administrative review of the antidumping duty order on stainless steel sheet and strip in coils (SSSSC) from Japan. This review covers two producers/exporters of the subject merchandise to the United States. The period of review (POR) is July 1, 2007, through June 30, 2008. Based on our analysis of the comments received, we have made certain changes to the margin calculations for Hitachi Cable Ltd. (Hitachi Cable) and Nippon Kinzoku Co., Ltd. (NKKN), producers/ exporters selected for individual review. Therefore, the final results for Hitachi Cable and NKKN differ from the preliminary results. The final weighted-average dumping margins for the reviewed firms are listed below in the section entitled "Final Results of Review."
