Listing Endangered and Threatened Wildlife and Plants; 90-Day Finding on Petitions to List the Porbeagle Shark under the Endangered Species Act

We, NMFS, announce a 90-day finding for two petitions to list porbeagle sharks (Lamna nasus) under the Endangered Species Act (ESA). We find that neither petition presents substantial scientific information indicating the petitioned actions may be warranted. Accordingly, we will not initiate a status review of the species at this time.
