The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is proposing to approve a State Implementation Plan (SIP) revision submitted by the state of New York. The revision provides the State's control measures for facilities within its borders subject to EPA's 2016 Control Techniques Guideline (CTG) for the oil and natural gas industry.
