The Commission has extended the deadline for filing written comments relating to volume 2 of its report from June 5, 2020, to July 31, 2020, and in accordance with a request on behalf of the U.S. Trade Representative (USTR), the Commission will submit volume 2 of its report by January 31, 2021 (delivered Monday, February 1, 2021) instead of by October 31, 2020.
