DPR-80 and DPR-82 and Special Nuclear Materials License No. SNM-2511 issued to Pacific Gas and Electric Company. The NRC proposes to determine that the amendment request involves no significant hazards consideration. In addition, the amendment request contains Sensitive Unclassified Non- Safeguards Information (SUNSI).
