HUD proposes to establish a new Privacy Act of 1974 (5 U.S.C. 552a), SORN. The proposed new SORN is the Homeless Families Impact Study Data Files (HFISDF). The records system will be used by HUD's Office of Policy Development and Research to study the effects of housing and services interventions for homeless families.
