Streszczenie
The International Joint Commission Invites Public Comment on Recommendations by the International Red River Board (IRRB) on proposed nutrient concentration objectives and nutrient load targets for the Red River at the boundary between the United States and Canada. Comments will be accepted at a public hearing to be held on January 16, 2020 in Fargo, North Dakota and by mail, email and on-line until February 28, 2020.
