The Food and Drug Administration (FDA) is announcing that ARCH Chemicals, Inc., has filed a petition proposing that the food additive regulations be amended to provide for the safe use of poly (iminoimidocarbonyliminoimido- carbonyliminohexamethylene) hydrochloride (CAS Reg.
