On June 10, 2004, the Department of Commerce (the Department) published the preliminary results of its administrative review of the antidumping duty order on certain stainless steel plate in coils from Belgium. See Stainless Steel Plate in Coils from Belgium: Preliminary Results of Antidumping Duty Administrative Review, 69 FR 32501 (June 10, 2004) (Preliminary Results). The review covers shipments of this merchandise to the United States during the period from May 1, 2002, through April 30, 2003, by Ugine & ALZ, N.V. Belgium (U&A Belgium). We gave interested parties an opportunity to comment on our preliminary results. Based on our analysis of the comments received, we have made changes to the preliminary results.
