Streszczenie
This document is an order for BOI to show cause and give BOI the opportunity for a hearing before the Commission. The Commission has found that an evidentiary hearing is required to determine whether the Commission should revoke the operating authority of BOI, BOI and its principal or principals should be ordered to cease and desist from any future provision of interstate common carrier services without the prior consent of the Commission, and a forfeiture against BOI is warranted and, if so, the amount of the forfeiture.
