The Coast Guard is establishing moving and fixed security zones around liquefied hazardous gas (LHG) tank vessels located on San Pedro Bay, California, near the ports of Los Angeles and Long Beach. This action is necessary to ensure public safety and prevent sabotage or terrorist acts against these vessels.
