The U.S. Department of Commerce (Commerce) preliminarily determines that common alloy aluminum sheet (aluminum sheet) from South Africa was not sold in the United States at below normal value during the period of review (POR), April 1, 2023, through March 31, 2024. We invite interested parties to comment on these preliminary results.
