The Office of Procurement and Property Management of the Department of Agriculture (USDA) amends its procedures for the donation of excess research equipment for technical and scientific education and research activities to educational institutions and nonprofit organizations under section 11(i) of the Stevenson-Wydler Technology Innovation Act of 1980 Act (15 U.S.C. 3710(i)).
