The Department of the Navy hereby gives notice of its intent to grant to Applied Analysis Research Company a revocable, nonassignable, exclusive license to practice the government-owned inventions described in the following: U.S. Patent Number 5,619,432 entitled Discriminate Reduction Data Processor and U.S. Patent Number 5,652,713 entitled Discriminate Reduction Data Processing.
