This document invites written comments on a proposal to suspend a portion of the pool supply plant definition of the Southern Illinois-Eastern Missouri Federal milk marketing order (Order 32) for the period of December 1999 through January 2000. Prairie Farms Dairy, Inc. (Prairie Farms), requested the proposed action. The cooperative contends the suspension is necessary to prevent inefficient movements of milk and to ensure that producers historically associated with Order 32 will continue to have their milk priced and pooled under the order.
