Sebacic Acid From the People's Republic of China: Final Results of Antidumping Duty Administrative Review

On Friday, August 6, 1999, the Department of Commerce published in the Federal Register the preliminary results of the administrative review of the antidumping duty order on sebacic acid from the People's Republic of China. See Sebacic Acid from the People's Republic of China: Preliminary Results of Antidumping Duty Administrative Review, 65 F.R. 42916 (Aug. 6, 1999). The administrative review covers four exporters of the subject merchandise to the United States: Tianjin Chemicals Import and Export Corporation; Guangdong Chemicals Import and Export Corporation; Sinochem International Chemicals Company, Ltd.; and Sinochem Jiangsu Import and Export Corporation. The period of review is July 1, 1997, through June 30, 1998. We gave interested parties an opportunity to comment on our preliminary results. Based on our analysis of the comments received and the correction of certain clerical errors, we have changed our results from those presented in our preliminary results as described below in the ``Analysis of Comments Received'' section of this notice. The final results are listed below in the section ``Final Results of the Review.''
