Streszczenie
On April 24, 1998, in response to a request by an exporter and a producer, the Department of Commerce initiated the first administrative review of the antidumping duty order on glycine from the People's Republic of China. The period of review was March 1, 1997, through February 28, 1998. The request was made by one exporter of subject merchandise, Sinochem Tianjin Chemicals Import and Export Corporation, and one producer of subject merchandise, Yotech Chemical Industrial Co. Ltd. This review has now been rescinded as a result of the withdrawal of the request for administrative review by the exporter and the producer, as no other interested party requested the review.
