The Department of Commerce (the Department) is extending the time limits of the preliminary results of the fifth antidumping duty administrative review of the antidumping duty order on hot rolled lead and bismuth carbon steel products from the United Kingdom. The review covers one manufacturer/exporter of the subject merchandise to the United States for the period March 1, 1997, through February 28, 1998.
