Streszczenie
In accordance with the requirements of the Privacy Act of 1974, as amended, 5 U.S.C. 552a, the Department of Energy is deleting from the agency's inventory of systems of records, record systems that are obsolete and the information is no longer collected, maintained or retrieved by name or personal identifier and, therefore, not Privacy Act record systems.
