Streszczenie
On August 9, 1999, the Department of Commerce issued a determination to not initiate antidumping and countervailing duty investigations on crude oil from Iraq, Mexico, Saudi Arabia, and Venezuela. Accordingly, the Commission gives notice that its countervailing duty and antidumping investigations concerning those products (Investigations Nos. 701-TA-397-400 (Preliminary) and 731-TA- 842-845 (Preliminary)) are discontinued.
