In accordance with the requirements of the Privacy Act of 1974, as amended, 5 U.S.C. 552a, the Department of Energy is deleting from the agency's inventory of systems of records, record systems that are either duplicative of government-wide or departmental records systems; obsolete and the information is no longer maintained; or not retrieved by name or personal identifier, and therefore not Privacy Act record systems.
