The Bureau of Industry and Security (BIS), working with the International Trade Administration (ITA) has established a process for including additional automobile parts within the scope of the duties authorized by the President under section 232 of the Trade Expansion Act of 1962. This notice opens the April 2026 inclusions window for submissions.
