Porcelain-on-Steel Cooking Ware From Mexico; Amended Final Results of Antidumping Duty Administrative Review in Accordance With Decision Upon Remand

As a result of a remand from a Binational Panel (the Panel), convened pursuant to the North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA), the Department of Commerce (the Department) is amending its final results of administrative review of the antidumping duty order on porcelain-on-steel cooking ware from Mexico, published in the Federal Register on January 9, 1995 (60 FR 6889). The Department has determined, in accordance with the instruction of the Panel, the dumping margin for entries of porcelain-on-steel cooking ware from Mexico made during the period December 1, 1990 through November 30, 1991 to be 9.82 percent.
