The U.S. Department of Commerce (Commerce) finds that POSCO and POSCO International Corporation (collectively, POSCO), a producer/ exporter subject to this administrative review, did not make sales of carbon and alloy steel wire rod (wire rod) from the Republic of Korea (Korea) at less than normal value.
