Alteration of VOR Federal Airways; Louisiana

Streszczenie

This rule realigns nine Federal airways located in Louisiana. The New Orleans Very High Frequency Omnidirectional Range/Tactical Air Navigation (VORTAC) will be decommissioned because the platform on which it is located is deteriorating. As a result, the Reserve, LA, Very High Frequency Omnidirectional Range/Distance Measuring Equipment (VOR/DME) and the Harvey, LA, VORTAC will be upgraded and the airways will be realigned using these navigational aids.
