This order proposes to amend the Commission's rules regarding implementation of the Electronic Freedom of Information Act Amendments of 1996 to comply with the changes mandated by the Electronic Freedom of Information Act Amendments of 1996. This proceeding will make it easier for the public to request access under the FOIA to the Commission's records.
