Streszczenie
In accordance with the requirement of section 302(a)(8) of the Cuban Liberty and Democratic Solidarity (LIBERTAD) Act of 1996, The United States Department of Justice is publishing this notice summarizing the provisions of Title III of the Act. Title III makes persons who knowingly and intentionally ``traffic'' in confiscated properties, as defined in the Act, subject to private civil damage suits in Federal district court.
