Streszczenie
The Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (FDIC), as manager of the FSLIC Resolution Fund, successor in interest to the Federal Savings and Loan Insurance Corporation as receiver for Butterfield Savings and Loan Association, Santa Ana, California, has determined that the proceeds which can be realized from the liquidation of the assets of the receivership estate are insufficient to allow a dividend, distribution or payment to any holder of a claim or equity interest. Therefore, any such claims or interests are hereby determined to be worthless.
