Streszczenie
EPA has received a specific exemption request from the Mississippi Department of Agriculture and Commerce (hereafter referred to as the ``Applicant'') for use of the pesticide, 4-bromo-2-(4- chlorophenyl)-1-(ethoxymethyl)-5-(trifluoromethyl)-1H-pyrrole-3- carbonitrile, to control beet armyworms (BAW) on up to 350,000 acres of cotton in Mississippi. In accordance with 40 CFR 166.24, EPA is soliciting public comment before making the decision whether or not to grant the exemption.
