Streszczenie
Notice is given that the Administrator of the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has forwarded to the Secretary of Agriculture a proposed rule under the Federal Insecticide, Fungicide, and Rodenticide Act (FIFRA). The proposal would exempt certain substances from the requirements of FIFRA. This notification to the Secretary of Agriculture is required by FIFRA section 25(a)(2).
