Streszczenie
The Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA) announces that fiscal year (FY) 1994 funds are available for grants for assistance to private nonprofit Historically Black Colleges and Universities (HBCUs) to develop and implement a plan to increase organ donations among African-Americans. The grants are authorized by Sections 371 and 374 of the Public Health Service (PHS) Act, as amended. Funds are appropriated under Public Law 103-112.
