This final rule amends the Federal Travel Regulation (FTR) to incorporate standards for Federal agency compliance with the Hotel and Motel Fire Safety Act of 1990 (Pub. L. 101-391, Sept. 25, 1990). These provisions are intended to enhance the safety of Federal employees traveling on official business.
