Streszczenie
The Commission, at the request Channel Chek, Inc., substitutes Channel 267A for Channel 269A at Jeffersontown, Kentucky, and modifies Station WLSY(FM)'s license accordingly. We also, at the request of Shelby County Broadcasting, Inc., substitute Channel 269A for Channel 267A at Shelbyville, Kentucky, and modify Station WTHQ(FM)'s license accordingly. In addition, at the request of WCBR Radio, Inc., we denied the substitution of Channel 268C3 for Channel 269A at Richmond, Kentucky. See 58 FR 63319, December 1, 1993.
