This action removes Restricted Area R-3104, Island of Kahoolawe, HI. Legislation returning Kahoolawe Island to the State of Hawaii was signed into law by the President on November 11, 1993, as part of the Defense Appropriations Bill. The Department of the Navy subsequently submitted a proposal to disestablish the restricted area.
