Streszczenie
This interim rule amends Sec. 22.1 of title 22, Code of Federal Regulations by creating a surcharge for the processing of machine readable visas (MRV's). That surcharge, pursuant to OMB Circular No. A-25, is set at a cost-recovery based level of $20,00 per visa application.
